Guest Relation Officer

We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to provide high-quality service to our hotel customers.

Preferably German or Russian speaker, the English language is a must.

Welcoming the guests, and assisting with check-in.

Ensure all VIP arrivals receive the right amenities and ensure the guest's satisfaction throughout their entire stay.

Handling guest's requests/complaints and helping guests to make special arrangements.
